1995 F-350 7.3L diesel will not start

1995 F-350 7.3L diesel-It has been sitting for about 6 months and, will not start. It has two brand new batteries and, turns over just fine but does not catch, the fuel and filter are clean. Any ideas why it will not start?

High pressure oil pump or possibly a bad lift pump.

Did it have oil pressure while cranking?

Dont know the guages do not move when I turn the key

You will need oil pressure to fire off the high pressure pump. Without that, it will not start.
