Odometer is not working

The drive gear on the odometer motor is broken. Is there any way to get this part and replace it. It appears that the speedometer can't be removed from the housing since the speedometer needle will not come off of the shaft.

You can try to take apart the inst panel to remove the needle. However, I don't believe that is a part that you will be able to get. You may find one in a salvage yard, but it would be easier just to replace the panel.
