1995 Ford Contour

1995 ford contour will not start. Changed plugs and wires although spark seems dull (not a white spark more of a yellow spark). Checked coil pack both primary and secondary are within tollerences. Compression seems good. Don't know what else to check. Any suggestions.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
