Lurching on acceleration

The car starts and idles perfectly. At any acceleration (even from under the hood by hand) the engine sputters and sort of chokes. If I very slowly rev the engine it will get past the middle RPM's and then run strong. When I drive, cannot get over about 25 mph. I have replaced distributor, plug wires, plugs, fuel pressure regulator, MAP sensor, IAT sensor (intake air temperature), I checked the TPS sensor in accordance with the manual - it is good. (Proper ohms increasing to infinity with turning the TPS inside contacts). There is one hose off the charcoal canister, but I think it was always like that. Have owned the car twelve years. Great car.

This sounds like it might be a fuel filter that is getting clogged. Here is a link down below that will explain what the symptoms of a plugged fuel filter are and how to change it:
