I haven't looked at your wiring yet, but usually, your lower brake lites are wired through the multifunction switch. The high-mount brake lite isn't wired that way.

I'd have to check voltage and ground for lower brake lites.

Hi Raz, I didn't see you. In my diagram, the high-mount and lower brake lites work off the same fuse. Right now, I'm thinking turn signal switch has a problem? Could be wiring issue between the front and back?

The lower brake and turn use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. Lower left, yellow wire is voltage for brake. Ground is black. Lower right, dark green wire is voltage for brake lite.

It could be due to bad or corroded connections. You should check your fuse for loose connections.

The computer doesn't have anything to do with the lower brake lites or horn. Could be issue the wiring in steering column or multifunction switch.
