1995 Chevrolet Cheyenne won't start/ turn over

When I engage key, no dash lights ( battery, engine, seatbelt, etc ). Starter turns flywheel, but there is no spark and no fuel ( gas tank is half full). Stereo, heater and headlights work. Replaced control module under distributor, fuel relay, ignition modules, coil and onboard computer. Plug wires, cap & rotor are good, battery connection is good. Have not replaced fuel pump yet ( unable to syphon gas right now ). Truck is 350sb with a/c 2wd gasoline first conversion fuel injected ( carb has 2 injector pods). Would fuel pump electrical interrupt dash light cluster?
