I have placed a Diognastic computer to the truck and replaced all parts associated with issues. Engine cranks but will not turn over, but will start immediatly if starter fluid is used. The only remaining code in the computer is mass air flow senser input high.

You have a fuel issue-check the fuel pressure and report back you findings-BTW when key is at run position-do you hear the fuel pump.

Check engine compression/valve and ignition timing.

What was the fuel pressure when you checked it?
