1995 Chevrolet Camaro shifting problems

My 1995 camaro wants to pop out of first gear unless I hold it in gear untill I let the clutch all the way out and reverse wants to grind going into gear would that be the sinkernizers or would it be the shifter forks and do you have a pic of how it comes apart

Cold be the synchronizer, a bent fork, a shift ball a lot of things. Or it could be a shifter worn out we can't send a pic because it wold be to small also there are two different transmissions a borg warner T5 and t56 which is a 6 speed.
