95 Blazer has a 4.3l w/ multiport fuel injection. When I start it in the morning, it idles fine. When I drive it some and it starts to warm up, it skips when I accerlerate, like it is flooding. I let off and it idles fine, but as I accelerate, it acts like it is flooding again. When I shut it off and let it set a while, it then runs much better. I was told that the coolant temperature sensor. I purchased a new sensor that was listed for this vehicle. Trouble is, I can't find this sensor on the motor. On the drivers side of the head, there is a similar looking sensor. But this only has one wire on it. I took that off but found out that is the temperature switch. I got the correct replacement, but that doesn't make any difference in the prior problem. I still can't find the coolant temperature sensor, and don't know if it actually has one. The 96 sensor is located by the thermostat housing in th efront top of the motor. Any help is appreciated!
