Runs rough idling

95 chevy blazer, runs rough idling Replaced the EGR valve, cam sensor, plugs & wires, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump is new, O2 sensors replaced ! What could it be? I'm @ a loss on what to do next. I'm going through a lot of gas too.

Have you done a compression test?

Did you do the whole spider or just the pressure regulator?? we replace the spider as the injectors are common failures.
