My van dont want to start in the morings or if it sits for 3 plus hours and I baught a neww battrey

If your saying it cranks good but won't start, use a gage and check fuel pressure. If you have the spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems.

I'm not sure I understood your second question? If you have the spider fuel system, it is part of the throttle-body assembly. Are you handy under the hood? Unless you can do some testing, I'm not sure how to help?
