When runing and warmed up after a while it would run like crape

Now Engine won't start, we have fuel and spark

Check all cylinders for good compression, check fuel for contamination, you say you have a spark, is it a good strong spark? Are the plugs worn (gaps to large) ignition leads ok? Not breaking down under load? Fuel pressure correct? Scan for codes if EFI engine.
