1995 cadillac sedan deville's security system (pass key II) will not let me start my car. I tries cleaning my 2 keys really good and drying them and I also checked the fuse to the anti theft system and the fuse was good. My car says disenabled and wait 3 minutes. Then start. And I would not start. Please help.

If you can find the white wires in the orange conduit at the base of the column, disconnect the connector. With an ohmmeter, check for continuity when the key is inserted in the ignition, and at all ranges(ACC/RUN/START). More than likely you have a failed ignition lock cylinder. The wires break up near the cylinder over time.
