I've changed the starter, and battery, and ignition, but it does the same thing. When you start the car it starts right up but the starter stays engaged in starting mode what could be causing this to happen.

As a test, disconnect the power to the ignition module or pull the power to the coil. Try starting the engine. Does the starter engage and disengage now when the engine stops turning? If it keeps trying to turn the engine over when you release the key you have an electrical problem. Check the starter relay in the relay center in front of the console. It could be failing and causing the starter motor to stay engaged.

If the starter stops turning when you release the key but doesn't disengage from the flex plate it is more likely to be mechanical. Does the car set for long periods? That could cause rust on the flex plate which is causing the bendix gear to hang up. Try some silicone paste lube on the gear to see if it frees up.
