If my mechanic has RECOMMENED that I replace the lower control arm as well as the tie rod end (outer) on my1995 bmw 325i how long can I go without doing it? And what will happen if I dont fix it?

The tie rod end is loose or worn or what? Same for the lower control arm and the lower control arm bushing. If the replacement is not done straightaway, the tires can and very possibly will wear faster. There is also a safety issue.
