4Runner WONT START

I JUST REPLACED THE WATER PUMP ON MY 1994 4RUNNER V6. NOW IT WONT START. IT IS GETTING GAS AND SPARK.I HAVE EVEN MOVED THE DISTRIPUTER AROUND AND IT DONT MAKE ANY DIFFRENCE AT ALL. NOT SURE WHAT ELSE IT COULD BE OR WHAT ELSE TO CHECK. HOPING YOU CAN HELP

Question, does it back fires? If so, Try checking the timing, be positive that all marks are lined up.

It dont back fire and it pretty much just turns over it dont even act lkike it wants to start

If the timing belt was not installed correctly, the ignition timing would be out and you could have a compression issue, this would not allow the engine to start.
