Drive plate

I removed the tranny from my 1994 Toyota Tercel over a year ago and the car sat since then, I recently got another tranny but noticed that the drive plate didn't turn. After applying a racket to the bolt I only got it to rotate half way, what could be the problem?

Remove all the plugs and put a table spoon of engine oil and turn crankshaft 2 full revolution-

I took out the plugs and put in the oil as suggested, but the drive plate still doesn't turn fully.
