Pressure regulator. It is shift too hard. It seems to slam into gears.

Please post your answer's in the first question you asked so I get a email saying you replied to me. The pressure regulator is located in the upper part of your valve body.I would get a transmission pressure gauge set to test the pressure before you start changing anything. If you get one I will tell you how to test everything.
