1994 Lexus will crank but not start

The car will crank but not start. The ecu has no power, scanner will not connect to vehicle, no spark, fuel pump does not come on, ignition fuse has no current, and check engine light does not come on with key turned to on position. I have replaced the camshaft and crank sensors, battery, alternator, ecu, main relay, and all coil packs.

Check am1 fuse lh side of dash then try resetting security system if no manual look online.

Checked am1 fuse, it was ok. I discovered that when I turn the ignition switch to the on position the EFI fuse blows. Disconnected the fuel pump and it still blows.

If you pull the relay in the pic and the fuse doesn't blow then you'll have to check items in second pic. If it still blows with relay out then it 's a shorted wire to ecm or bad ecm something like that.
