My radiator hose is super hard and my car stalls out when ever I come to a complete stop, but its fine when I'm driving. What could be the issue?

Sounds like a issue with your idle air control valve most likely.

Idling speed is too low. Clean the throttle body and IAc and retest.

Hard radiator hose indicates high pressure in system. If you do not have coolant losses and overheating, check the radiator cap and hoses.
