I have a 1994 Honda accord, the car would not start frequently in the morning, or after sitting for a day. When turning the key in the ignition it sounded as if the battery was dead, then start on the third or fourth subsequent try. I bought a brand new battery still no help?

Starter or ignition switch which is the cause?

It does eventually crank, and usually is good until the next day or it sits for a long while. It may have something to do with it being cold but when it happens I turn the key and it just Clicks, I then keep at it trying to reposition the key slightly each time and it eventually works.
