1994 GMC Other truck wont start

7500 gmc topkick with 366 engine wont start. Had starter tested-it was ok, had battery tested-it was ok, checked all fuses in box-it was ok. Tested power cords to battery, instrument panel is working not sure what I am missing. Thx e

We dont' have info on these vehicles but check ground from battery as it can get dirty and won't allow system to work then check fo fusible links like in pic. This is a 3500 system but yours should be similar
