Engine trys to start but fails

Engine trys to start but fails. I cheaked the power in the inggnition coil, It has power but the power dosnt reach the sprkplugs I replaced the ignition coil and its doing the same thing. Another thing I find, the fuel pump dosnt have power I replaced it and still no power. What can be causing all this?

Check the EEC relay. It can shut down both the spark and fuel.

Fuel cutoff switch under the carpet on the driver side in the trunk might need switched back on all you do is press the red button it worked for my 94 probe gt.
