1994 Ford Fairmont Won't start

Turn the ignition, Brake fail. A click behind the battery. Comes from the first relay box which has been replaced but still clicks. Has a new starter motor

I'M GATHERING THAT IT WILL NOT "CRANK" THEREFORE IT WILL NOT "START"

LETS LOOK AT A LONG, BORING, AND "I ALREADY DONE THAT" ANSWER I GAVE SOME TIME BACK, THERE ARE SOME PICS AT THE END OF IT. HERE'S THE LINK
