Why does my oil pressure warning light come on?
(Oil dipstick level is ideal.)

A worn oil pressure regulator on the oil pump can do that. I would start with actually checking the oil pressure with a gauge screwed into the port that the oil pressure sender is in. Sometimes senders go bad and I always like to start with the easy stuff first.
