1994 ford e250. cranks, will not start. do not hear the typical whine coming from dash area either when first turned on

Hello,

Ok, 2 things to check...

1) Fuel Pump Relay - In engine compartment either on firewall or in fuse block. If you have your manual it should tell you exactly. I don't have access to my Mitchell1 right now. If cannot find let me know and will get info for you 2/6.
