About geting new torque converter

I have a shadow dodge 94 but we put used trans. In from a caravan so would I get a torque converter for my shadow or 4 the caravan transmission thats now in my car. Now since it wont go when u put it into gear. Cause we used the old troque converter that was in the old trans. The original one with that car please help

The shadow trans would only go slugish in drive nothin else. So I got a used trans but no torque converter. So we kept the old one & used it.

I would check on part #s for converters at auto store. See if they are the same.
