Start by checking the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs and check if the injectors are pulsing while cranking engine over-

How long since a tune-up? Check for applicable mil codes, you can check those codes, yourself. You have to make sure the battery has a full charge and all connections, coming and going from the battery are clean and tight. If the battery is down, take it off and get it charged. Check the charging system.

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Use a noid lite and check for fuel injector pulse. Let us know what you find.
