1994 dodge intrepid car will not start unless cruise indicator light on dash comes on. 3 wires that go to the coil get pulsed to ground by the pcm they should flash while cranking with test light connected to power. What is wrong if those three wires dont flash. I have already replaced the crankshaft sensor.

Yes it cranks over but will not start. I have had the car for only a couple of months and when I bought it the guy said that when you turn the key if the cruise light on the dash does not come on the car will not start. So now it is doing it even worse and it wont start now and I cant get the cruise light to come on at all.

I have an issue, it is associated with cruise light. If it does not come on after I start the vehicle( by turning on) my car will sputtered at 2480 rpms. It effects all gears, its at that rmps it acts up. It has been taking 5-7 seconds of it cranking for it to start, but when still hot, , it starts normal. Could this be a vacuum issue?
