Replaced battery, after 454 sat for 5 months, want start, not firing.

454 sat for 5 months, replaced bad battery. Go to start, turns over, stater fluid down efi, no pops, not seeming like it wants to start, seems like no fire to plugs. Took all connections coil dist removed, and replaced, ruffed up all prongs, looked into dist nothing looks wrong. Test light to ignition side of coil, power, crank engine no power on the coil side (dist), should I see power on that side to the dist?
anyway thinkin the coil might be bad. Truck ran before, the bat went bad. Thanks TJ

Yes, seems no spark, when starter fluid added, nothing.

No they are not spraying while trying to start, but I spray starter fluid into the throttle body and it doesnt fire?

Did you say you replaced distributor? Hall sensor may be culprit if you did not change it already.
