Engin won't start

94 S10 4.3L CSFI Will not start without spraying starting fluid. Then runs fine. Have replaced fuel pump, filter, all injectors, points, plugs and plug wires. What the hay?

Check and test the coolant temp sensor and intake air temp sensor.

I saw what you replaced, did you do any testing? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Did you check voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector, before replacing pump? Any applicable trouble codes?

Key or engine cranking, the systems receive battery voltage. Engine running, the systems receive alternator voltage, can be a several volt difference.
