My head lights work but no signals

I have a 94 chevy s 10 ss no brake lights work I check fuses replaced alternator and hazard relay, also checked bulbs.

The dash board indicators light up for the blinkers like normal manual says there is another hazord behinde the glove box I replaced the one under driver kick plate

It sounds like the turn signal flasher is bad, it is separate from the hazard flasher.
