Won't turn

The motor or belt will on the motor will not turn it makes a click, click ect. Noise light get dim I tride a jump from AAA IT STILL DID THE SAME battery went low some say starter problems some say other problem the car won't move so I can't take it to a shop for repair. So what do you think?It won't crank over

No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position

Could be the starter, starter relay, transmission position switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.

Try this, (1)remove the belt and then try to start the car.
Start's (yes, check/replace alt. Or pulley), (no, check/replace starter)
i had a guy's alt. Seize in a drive though, stalled the motor and could not roll the motor over with the belt on. All the pulley's should be easy to turn by hand(except crank)
