WOULD THE LOW VOLTAGE OF 13.56 ALSO SHUT FUEL PUMP DOWN WHEN USING WINDOWS AND SEATS?

13.5 is not low voltage and not it shouldn'tshut down sindows or seats. Check fuses under hood and fp relay. Also check to see if oil pressure switch is sending signal to pump when running.
