No water circulation in the radiator. Already changed water pump and radiator and also clean the passage. We remove the thermostart and also check the radiator hose. The engine runs for a minute or so and starts to heat up. The temperature rises above the half level mark. We let the engine run and took out the water return hose from the radiator but no water was coming out from the hose.

Sounds like a clogged rad. You replaced rad with new one and still nothing comes out? Unless you have a bad head gasket leak or an air pocket it should circulate unless it's the wrong water pump.
