1993 Nissan Maxima car don't crank or start

My 1993 Nissan maxima gxe car don't want to crank or start, it gives fuel & ignition it dont crank, we check starter its good, we took all 6 spark plugs out lots of fuel came out of spark plug holes, we turn key no crank just giv a loud clack sound, we turn the crankshaft screw and fuel with air raise out of spark plug hole. What can be the problem

The cylinders seems t be flooded with fuel and that can mean the fuel injectors are not closing allowing fuel to flood the cylinders.

With spark plugs removed are you able to crank the engine?
