Check you your clutch master cylinder's fluid level
Check for leaks in the clutch system
Bleed the system
See if the system leaks down, internally, while the clutch pedal is held down
Replace bad components and bleed system
Hoping, it's not the tranny itself!

Insure you do not accidentally have the transfer case in neutral, the guys at work used to play tricks on me, in my CJ 5!
