My jeep sat for 6 months, so the battery died. I bought new battery and jeep has trouble starting,
I replaced cap and rotor, replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires. I removed throttle body and cleaned it, along with the 2 sensors attached to throttle body. The jeep still has a hard time starting, and when it does it will only idle for about 6 seconds and then die. If I give it gas sometimes it dies right away, much sooner than the 6 seconds. Other times when I give it gas the rpms will raise up, I hold accelerator at 3000rpms for about 3 seconds, but then it will decline back on its own until it dies while my foot is still on the gas.

Sounds like fuel delivery, check fuel rail pressure running.
Pumps (and filters) that sit for a year might still "run" but they might have some "issues"

Restate your request. The initial post said nothing about cranking.
If there is a starter issue, say so. The initial post said it cranks and starts but wont stay running
