Win iam driveing my car it just shuts off if I wait 30 seconds or so it starts again

When engine cuts off, if the dash indicator lights were not showing, you have a faulty igniton switch. If the dash lights are showing, you need to test what is missing causing the non-starting.

The above link explains what to look for.

For the year model, the PGM=FI main relay is known to cause such problems. Check the relay circuit board and resoldering them should work.
