The truck was fine I usually ride my motorcycle for main transportation then one day after not using my truck for 2 weeks I started it up. And the rpms and engine sound were fluctuating. Then I drove it and the truck****** violentely like it loses power then comes back on or the transmission is slipping. The fluids are good. I haven't done a tune up in sometime but it seems serious.

A tune-up wouldn't hurt anything. Any applicable trouble codes. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. If your saying, it doesn't idle well, clean the throttle body and idle air control.

I can't tell about your tranny?
