1993 Ford Explorer steering

I have wrecked my car by running into a building the passenger side bumper has caved in now the passenger side tire is bended to the rightI'm cooking the tire off and seeing what the problem looks like I need a new tire rod how do I repair thatI'm getting alignment

You need to remove the split pin if fitted some tie rods use a self locking nut, hit the stub that the tie rod fits into with a sharp hard blows with a heavy hammer, this will break the taper and the tie rod will drop clear, undo the clamp nut and wind out the tie rod end from the steering arm, count the turns out and re fit the new tie rod the same amount of turns, fit the tie rod into the stub and attach the but and secure with a new split pin if not a self locking nut, you may have a bent steering arm so that will have to be checked as well.
