This is a Ford e 350 motor home with a 351 Windsor but I was having to drive it to work while I was rebuilding the engine for my truck it ran great but after a few days it would only run about 30 miles per hour when you give it more gas it downshifts but it loses speed even going downhill it Will not go above 35 and I could barely make it over a single story overpass I don't know if it is the maf or a vacuum issue I'm not real fond of fords I have changed the oil air filter spark plugs just a normal tune up pretty much and I've cleaned the maf sensor but I've never had any luck with that before in the past and it shows no codes so I'm just lost on it unless I drop money on random things it might not be any suggestions are appreciated

Have you performed a back pressure test on the exhaust yet?

The easiest way would be to take it to a exhaust and have them do it. Otherwise you would have to buy a back pressure tester and do the test yourself.
