I cant get my 93 eagle talon to start all spark plugs are getting spark I have 160 psi compression in every cylinder and I'm pretty sure its getting fuel as it backfires if I give it gas while tryna to start it I hecked the timing and everything is timed perfect I tryed a new battery and now my "head" relay in the relay/fuse box under the hood is making a weird noise so I disconnect the battery I looked everywhere and I cant find anything on this relay is it just my headlight relay cause my headlights work fine please help I just wanna get my car back on the road

If you have good spark, timing, and compression, you're not getting fuel. Check fuel pump pressure and let me know what you find. Also, if the pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs, confirm that the injectors are getting power.

Tested fuel pump and its within manufacturers specs. Would is be possible that my ecu isnt powering properly? Please feel free to email me, wanting to to narrow this problem down asap.

If you have proper fuel pump pressure, then it isn't getting into the engine. Thus, the injectors are either not getting power, plugged, or the fuel you have is no good.

Do me a favor. See if the engine will start for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then the injectors are the issue.

Let me know.

I tryed that earlier no go than I pull my fuel rail off and than my injectors blew them out with air and the changed spark plugs and same problem only my forth cylinder(farthest from my cam gears ) is getting fuel on the spark plugs I even read timed it again and wants to first soon as I turn the key then it quietly back fires and than just cranks and if I don't give it 5 minis in between than it just cranks

What is actually rusted? Also, will it start with starting fluid? If not, either you have a weak spark or the timing is wrong. Are you getting power to all injectors? And the idea that #4 is wet with gas leads me to believe either there is weak / no spark, or the timing is off. You have good compression, so with fuel and spark, it has to run unless the timing is bad.

If it won't start with starting fluid, fuel supply doesn't sound like the problem. You mentioned that the plugs are getting spark. Is it a hot blue snapping spark or more orange and white?

If the oil pump is good and the water pump is good, there shouldn't be a problem.
