1993 Chevrolet Silverado surges

Starts fine, but when it warms up it starts surging, ruff idle. And stalls. I replaced fuel pump and filter. Theres no check engine light on when it starts running ruff.

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.
