The Lock and unlock buttons do not work?

Although the doors lock when in drive and unlock when in park, I cannot use the buttons manually. Yikes, getting old locking all doors in such a huge car. Could it be a fuse? Since my windows work, sometimes lol

There is a circuit breaker #4 in the interior fuse panel I would check because they can wear out and stop working here is the power lock wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works, if the circuit breaker is okay I would replace the main control switch.
