1993 apollo gs doing a head exchange number 3 spark plug is full of water also it's got water in the tramision

For water in transmission, you need to check/test the trans fluid cooler for leakages. If the cooler is bad, water would get ini from the cooling system.

Most likely you would have to replace the radiator assy.
