Oil consumption

My car burns oil it come to half of gauze. I use castrolhigh mileage with abro oil treatment. Now I see a trail of bluish white smoke when I suddenly accerate like when overtaking or uphill. Water in radiator is same. Spark plugs show only little like trace of oil in cylinder 2 and 4. Can it be piston ring, damaged cylinder or valve stem seals? Car runs, no loss of power only smoke when doing effort
