For months I have to add "no leak" type of steering wheel fluid because I get a noise steering my car. Unfortunately this DOES NOT take care of the problem. What can I look to fix next?

Does your steering fluid leak out? Is that why you have had to add fluid?
There is no fluid that will not leak out of the system if there is a leak. These products are scams.
What type of a noise do you have? Is it a screeching? Groaning?

The screeching might be a loose power steering belt. You probably should replace it. If it has been slipping for a while then it is probably bad. This might be the main cause of your problem. If there is a leak though you need to find the source of the leak as well.
