I have a 1992 nissan sentra xe 1.6. My car will not start with out starter fluied. And when it does start it bogs out an shuts off. Iv changed the fuel pump? Iv changed the fuel fillter. I dissconected the fuel line that goes to the fuel rail it's geting fule. But without spraying starter fluied in intake it doesn't start it will shut of as soon as the starter fluied burns up. Could it be the fuel pressure regulator? Iv checked the fuel injectors also they seem to be good

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs to rule out the fuel pump though its new-
