1992 300e 2.6 Mercedes Benz

If you drive the car every day its fine but if you park it for two or more days it starts up fine but as it reaches running temp it shuts off and wont start you have to wait till it cools down about half an hour then one turn and it starts. What could that be?

Hi there,

Are you able to check for spark and fuel pressure when it wont start?

Fuel pressure is fine but when it gives that problem when you try to start it turns over and stop as if the timimg is off. But as I said if u leave it for about half hour when it cools down one turn and it is fine and it runs good every day until it is parked two days or more I am thinking more like one of the temperature sensor malfunction?
